The Benito Favaro winery was founded in the early 1990s on the hills of Piverone. Besides offering stunning views, this beautiful glacial moraine hillside is marked by mineral-rich soil and a gentle microclimate moderated by nearby Lake Viverone. It is on these favorable slopes that the wines of this small yet exceptional winery are born—renowned labels like Erbaluce di Caluso, and many others born from a timeless philosophy: Land and Balance.
